Sure

  • NESY works with a low pressure of a maximum of 0.5 bar. The mixing is complete prior to compression. This minimizes the risk compared to the oxygenation at high pressure. Each desired Nitrox-level- from 21 to 40% oxygen - is set directly on the system pre-mixed and ready. 
  • Reliable Electromechanics: the coupling of the guard with the compressor controller prevents unwanted oxygen flow to the compressor in the event of the failure or turn off the. NESY will be disabled. The oxygenregulator  on memory is set and sealed at 1.5 to 2.5 bar. This value is dependent on the suction pressure of the compressor. The NESY fineregulator mounted with the safety valve (0.5 bar) regulates and prevents an absolutely constant Oxygenflow variations in pressure or a defect at the main oxygenregulator, concentrations over 40% oxygen in the mixing system. In the event of failure of the main pressure regulator have opens a fine safetyvalve.
  • Minimum deviation of the Niroxlevel of only /- 0.3 % in NESY - a value that other systems is not reached.

NESY is as an adjunct for filling equipment "aircompressor", to compress of fluids in Group 1 accordance with the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC and to create breathing air according to EN 12021 "compressed air for breathing apparatus" as well as on an electromotive drive with three-phase motor 400 V - 50 Hz or 230 V - 50 Hz AC motor driven and for a working pressure of 200 bar or 300 bar built are designed, built and sold. NESY is as a print device and/or assembly in the sense of the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC I. D. F. 29. May 1997 is excluded. NESY is no LBW facility within the meaning of the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV).
